MARKETING AND PR STRATEGY
FOR THE COMPANIES
We shall prepare, according to client´s requirements, an integrated marketing study targeted at the specific group of golf players. With a view to the intentions and objectives of the client, our team will propose and implement instruments for the reinforcement of loyalty of existing portfolio of business partners, as well as canvassing of the new one.
We shall propose to the client the means and ways of communication with his business partners, with the exploitation of such instruments as:
- golf tournaments
- golf academies and individual practice for key employees and business partners of the client
- golf „rendezvous“ with business partners of the client
- partnership and presentation of the client on the selected golf courses
- public relations in golf media – partnership with the selected medias
FOR THE GOLF COURSES
We shall work out the marketing strategy for the existing, as well as for the newly established golf courses. Such strategy shall concentrate on actual, specific problems of many golf courses in the Czech Republic, such as:
- low number of members of the club
- insufficient number of he tcommercial tournaments
- lack of commercial partners of the course
- optimation of the structure of services to be offered, with a view to the character of „natural“ region of the course
- creation and directions of the golf mark of the course
- identification and recommendation of certifications, necessary and useful for the course
